I’m Sini Downing, Head of Studio at a production company specialising in performances for video games. I’ve worked in media, both with the interactive entertainment industry and in TV, for 18 years, taking an interesting detour into hospitality which gave me insight into great and poor management, the importance of proper training, and how to give a tour of a hotel walking backwards.
 

Initially a reluctant manager, I’ve embraced positive leadership as the way to recruit, train, develop, and lead a team. Bringing my experience in the hospitality industry to audio production, I work with our teams, upper management, contractors, and our clients to ensure a safe, welcoming, and comfortable working environment for all. 
 
 A storyteller at heart, I find sharing stories can be a great way to discover lessons, confessions, and ambitions. By exploring successful leaders’ experiences through their stories, I hope we'll all gain from their insights.
