TRAILER: I'm exploring positivity in Episode 4 with one of the most positive people I know: Tiffany Bradbury. She was one of my very first managers and lead with a big smile and an even bigger heart. But that didn’t mean she was a pushover. So how has she brought that positivity and leadership to the fore every day, whether it be directing the evening news, teaching kids fire safety, or helping a community navigate a global pandemic?

Taking the positivity route, it's always way harder than the negative. It's way easy to be like, that's not going to work. That's stupid. That's dumb. Like, why are you doing that? Especially when it has to do with change. I've noticed that a lot too, because, you know, we're creatures of habit. We don't like change, you know, being like, Hey, this is going to be good, let's try this. Let's all work together. It can be hard to, to balance that out, but it's, I think it's so important to try to choose joy and not every day is going to be joyful. But again, we've got the next day. You know, we could try again. The Lead Story, exploring positive leadership.
